OUR STORY
So, here we are at Café Nellie at 175, Chatsworth Rd, next to Blanc Ladies Boutique. We have had five glorious years as The Pekoe Café based in Northern Tea Merchants but felt it was time to become totally independent and have premises of our own.
No longer a 'traditional tea rooms' we have a much more relaxed and informal dog friendly atmosphere, but we still maintain our commitment to producing delicious, freshly prepared food and excellent customer service - always with a smile.
We know our customers like to enjoy a good cup of coffee at home, and with this in mind we have our own Café Nellie brand for you to take with you.
Carefully selected, we currently stock four different styles of coffee, including decaffeinated - we believe in keeping it simple BUT GOOD!
You can take home coffee beans or we can grind them for you right there and then to use in the coffee maker of your choice. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for our Guest Coffees when we spot something really special.
The team from The Pekoe Café have all transferred to Café Nellie and it has been a real pleasure to welcome many of our loyal customers. We have seen lots of new faces too - great to meet you all, we genuinely appreciate your support.
